Transportation and Shipping

For shipments to the Peninsula: the shipping price is € 6.8, it may vary depending on the weight and volume of the product.
For shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: check shipping rate before making the purchase, it will be calculated according to the order. We ship with MRW / Post / UPS being the usual delivery time approximately one week after the scheduled for the peninsula. Customs costs are paid by the customer on delivery.

For shipments to the rest of Europe: Costs are based on the destination, package volume, and weight. Check before ordering.

For return / exchange shipments of products from the Peninsula, the shipping price is € 8.0. It may vary depending on the weight and volume of the product.

Returns and exchanges

Changes are accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt of the purchase. Roundtrip shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In case the product presents a factory defect it will be replaced by the same item and in this case round-trip shipping costs are at our expense. You have a maximum period of 15 days to process the change. After 15 days the warranty corresponds to the manufacturer of the product.

In order to accept the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as keep all its accessories and original documentation.

For those products that require assembly, the return will only be admitted in its original packaging and properly disassembled and properly packaged.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return on used products.
